I've updated the Ideas page with a few ideas that have been sent to me or I've come up with myself on ways to improve the site and forum.

JohnS-MI has also graciously accepted to be a moderator and we've got a new set of rules posted to keep the conversation both relevant and civilized. So, if you'd previously looked at the forum and decided it had too many trolls in it, please consider joining now.

Not much in the way of blog posts lately I realize, but I have made some updates to the site (see the main text RSS feed) and worked with John to clean up the forum.

I've also done some research into what it costs to apply for specialized license plates (varies by orders of magnitude from state to state), made some bumper stickers, responded to a long thread on the BWMA list, added rkocz as a contributor to the Company of the Week (he'll be submitting several soon), responded to a tone of private mail, started a few threads on the forum (happen to know what your elected official thinks of metrication?) and, last but not least, worked with Pat Naughtin to come and speak at Google on August 6th.
