This week is metric week and Wednesday (10/10) is metric day. It would be great to have a show on metrication and the costs to our country of using two measurement systems. The Mayo clinic has recently gone to using completely metric because of patient safety concerns (see http://mhs.mayo.edu/mhs/live/page.cfm?pp=locations/news.cfm&orgid=AMC&nav=New&sub=AMC%20goes%20metric%20for%20patient%20safety%0D%0A ) so someone from there would be good to have on the show. I also suggest getting someone from NIST (TheSI@nist.gov) and the US Metric Association (valerie.antoine@verizon.net trusten@grandecom.net). Thanks,
