Dear Paul,
You have raised some good points, particularly regarding our nation's
adherence to our customary system. The rest of the world uses the Metric
System, however we stick to our system except in Science. At this time,
we're not planning on a metric only version of MeasureWorks, but I think
the idea may have some merit when and if we decide to adapt the metric
system.

Mark, thank you for your reply.
One of the problems we currently face it that many groups are standing around waiting for someone else to move first. Given how important education is in moving this country forward it would be nice to see ETA Cuisenaire take a leader role and give our children the materials necessary to get the most from their education rather than waiting for someone else to provide the leadership.
If we're actually going to get rid of this antiquated system, we need the tools to be available to our children locally rather than having to send our money overseas.
