Sent the following to BevMo today. While my main concern was the ability to scan boxes, there's no use passing up a perfectly good opportunity to encourage metrication.

I regularly purchase Bundaberg Ginger Beer and various other items by the box. Unfortunately, your registers only recognize them by the 4 or 6 pack which means that the box needs to be opened in order to scan the pack or I need to take up extras which your staff then need to re-shelve. This is inconvenient for both myself and your staff.

Please add the codes for entire boxes of all your items into the computer so purchasing by the box is as easy as purchasing individual items.

I would also love to see unit pricing tags on your shelves as price per liter. While metric is a lot easier to work out than the equivalent US customary measure, comparing a 355mL and a 1L bottle are still not as easy as they might be.
